About Me

I began my career within the health and fitness industry over 20 years ago where I trained and worked with Olympic Gold Medalist, Mary Peters.

I am a qualified Personal Trainer and group exercise instructor and specialise in helping those who often feel marginalised from leading an active and healthy lifestyle due to injuries, health conditions or don't feel confident in attending a busy and intimidating gym setting.

In addition to my Personal Training career I also spent 5 years as a Health and Activity Coordinator for a National Autism Charity supporting autistic adults and children to lead a healthier and more active lifestyle.

Having undergone spinal surgery in 2022 I understand how difficult it can be to lead an active and healthy lifestyle. My aim is to support and guide clients to lead an active healthier lifestyle that allows them to live life to the full.
