I will be moving every day in May for at least 30 minutes for the Mae Murray Foundation and I challenge YOU to join me!
You can choose any activity you like (walk, gym workout, pilates, swim, cycle, etc), as long as you are moving for at least 30 minutes continuously. The key to success is to mix high-intensiity and low-intensity exercises throughout the month.
Commit to get fit by supporting the Mae Murray Foundation, there is no minimum donation required.

All donations will support the Mae Murray Foundation in delivering inclusive projects such as the 'Get Active' adapted gym programme and 'Inclusive Beaches' programme - two projects that I love and I am priviledged to be part of.
