Personal Fitness Coaching for All-Abilities
Health & Fitness for ALL
As a qualified coach in Programming and Supervising Exercise for Disability, I strongly believe that leading an active and healthy lifestyle should not have any barriers. My studio is fully accessible and exercises are adapted to meet individual needs.
As your coach I will guide you through an exercise programme that will assist you in improving your strength, mobility, balance and overall wellbeing in a private studio.
I am the lead Personal Trainer in a project delivered by the Mae Murray Foundation working alongside neurophysiotherapists to support clients with conditions which include cerebral palsy, spina bifida, acquired brain injury, down's syndrome. This project supports clients in leading a healthy and active lifestyle in a supportive environment.

“Before I started training with Pauline I never went to the gym because they weren't very well adapted for wheelchair users. All the sessions are adapted to my needs as I am a full-time wheelchair user, so I need to work on my upper body strength. The sessions are challenging but I always feel brilliant afterwards and I am now stronger.”
